The Human Connection Initiative (HCI) was created from a simple belief:
Human connection is essential.
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves and each other, we create spaces to slow down, reconnect, and be present.
Our mission is to connect self and community through movement and mindfulness where it’s needed most.
Our work is guided by the M³ Method: Move. Meditate. Mingle.
Together, these practices support connection on every level.
We offer retreats and community-based experiences designed to foster presence, well-being, and meaningful connection.
Our programs bring accessible movement, mindfulness, and connection to older adults, transitional housing communities, and others who can benefit from greater opportunities to move, engage, and connect.
HCI was founded through lived experience.
Following major health challenges, including open-heart surgery and a cancer journey, we were reminded that healing happens through connection.
This became the foundation for our work.
