At the Human Connection Initiative, we create experiences that bring people back into connection, with themselves and with one another.
Through a blend of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful interaction, our offerings are designed to support presence, well-being, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Whether you’re joining us for a retreat, a group experience, or a community session, each offering is rooted in one simple idea:
Human connection matters.

Join us for a tropical afternoon celebrating Will's 60th birthday in a way that reflects what matters most: connection.
Enjoy island-inspired food, music, dancing, and community while helping Human Connection Initiative continue bringing movement, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection to communities that need it most.
Whether you're joining us to celebrate, reconnect with friends, or support HCI's mission, your presence makes a difference.
Your presence is the greatest gift of all. But if you're able, your generosity will help us continue creating spaces where connection can flourish.

Join us for a joyful morning of movement, mindfulness, music, and community at Mountain View City Hall Plaza.
Begin the day with grounding meditation, enjoy an all-levels gentle yoga flow, dance into the season with an uplifting dance party, and stay afterward to mingle with friends, old and new.
Every ticket helps support FREE wellness classes at the Mountain View Senior Center, bringing movement, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection to older adults in our community.
Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking for a fun way to celebrate the end of summer, we'd love to welcome you.
“Thank you for such a beautiful experience. I left feeling happy and energized, and it was so special to be with everyone who was there. I love the community you’ve created.”
— Dorota, Sound Immersion Guest
Every Human Connection Initiative experience creates an impact beyond the event itself.
Through partnerships with local organizations, we bring movement, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection to older adults and other communities with limited access to wellness programming.
When you attend an HCI event, you're helping create opportunities for others to move, connect, and thrive.
Together, we're building healthier, more connected communities.

Looking for an opportunity to move, connect, and recharge each week?
Through our partnership with the Los Altos Community Center, HCI offers ongoing movement and mindfulness experiences open to the public throughout June and July. These weekly offerings provide a welcoming space to build strength, improve well-being, reduce stress, and connect with others through shared experience.
Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat, moving to the rhythm of music, or simply seeking a supportive community, there's a place for you here.
We’re continuing to build and expand our offerings, including:
