Deepen your practice. Develop your voice. Learn to serve.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is about more than learning to lead a yoga class.
It’s an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself, build the knowledge and confidence to guide others, and discover how movement and mindfulness can become tools for meaningful service.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your own practice, your training starts from within.

Deepen your personal practice, self-awareness, and understanding of yoga from the inside out.

Develop the skills, confidence, and presence to safely and authentically guide others through movement and mindfulness.

Explore how your training can extend beyond traditional yoga spaces and bring accessible practices to communities where they can make a meaningful difference.
Learn in a way that fits into real life.
The training combines self-paced online education with live virtual learning, in-person training in the San Francisco Bay Area, guided practice, classroom observation, and hands-on teaching experience.
You’ll study movement, sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, mindfulness, teaching methodology, and the art of creating experiences that help people feel more connected to themselves and others.
Not everyone who enters teacher training wants to become a yoga teacher, and we believe that’s a beautiful thing.
Some come to teach. Some come to deepen their practice. Some discover an entirely new way to serve.
The goal isn’t to create one kind of teacher.
It’s to help you become your own teacher.
Our Fall 2026 training combines:
Self-Paced Online Learning
Move through the educational curriculum on your own schedule.
Live Training
Connect directly with educators through virtual and in-person learning experiences.
Practice + Observation
Experience yoga from both sides of the room as you learn to observe, practice, and eventually lead.
Community + Service
Discover ways your training can extend beyond the studio and into the communities around you.
Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in more than 15 years of Yoga Belly education and community experience, now connected to the broader mission of Human Connection Initiative.
Together, we’re helping develop practitioners and teachers who understand that movement and mindfulness aren't only personal practices; they can also become powerful ways to serve others.
