Connection to Self is a 1-day retreat designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful moments of presence.
Through a blend of meditation, gentle movement, and meaningful moments of connection, this experience creates space to pause, reflect, and simply be.

No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
This experience is part of our ongoing partnership with Essential Care, where we offer movement and connection sessions for elderly residents.
